Thanksgiving: Gifts of Gratitude Event

Here at Student Advocates for Rare Diseases, we're excited to host our Thanksgiving Gifts of Gratitude event. This initiative is all about showing appreciation and support for the rare disease community. Living with a rare disease can be incredibly isolating, and our goal is to remind patients and their families that they are seen, valued, and supported.

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on what we're grateful for, and we're grateful for the resilience of these individuals.
From Nov 5 - 28, Student Advocates for Rare Diseases chapters will be hosting a series of donation drives, card making events, and care packaging sessions.
Items collected and purchased with our monetary donations will be used to assemble care packages aimed at spreading positivity and holiday spirit to hospital patients within our chapters’ geographic locations.
